Peter Frampton Overwhelmed by Rock Hall Induction
Rock legend Peter Frampton has been honored with a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, leaving him without words.
“I think I’m a little bit in shock, and speechless”, Frampton told Billboard. He said he never saw it coming despite others insisting he deserved it,
With more than six decades of creating hits, Frampton’s journey in music has earned him a dedicated following. His fans showed their support by giving him over half a million votes for the Hall of Fame, placing him second in the fan vote. “It’s an honor people regard me in this way. I’m just honored and blown away,” he expressed.
Although Frampton has been eligible for the Hall of Fame since 1998, this was his first nomination. He humorously questioned whether he was already inducted when first hearing the news.
