Vocalist Bruce Dickinson live with Iron Maiden in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson has announced a Southern California show and the addition of two guitarists, Philip Näslund and Chris Declercq, for his solo band. The warm-up gig is set for April 15 at The Observatory, with tickets going live on February 20.

Philip Näslund is a Swedish-born guitarist, songwriter, and producer, known for several production credits, including Paul Gilbert’s Stone Pushing Uphill Man.

Chris Declercq is a Swiss session and touring guitarist who has worked with various artists.

Dickinson’s upcoming album, The Mandrake Project, releases on March 1 and is accompanied by a graphic novel series. The project blends music with a dark narrative, exploring themes of power and identity. The comic, created by Dickinson and illustrated by industry talents, has seen its first issue sell out quickly.

The album’s creation was influenced by life events, including global disruptions and Dickinson’s health battles. Some tracks date back over two decades.
