DSM & Humboldt Electronics release Simplifier X
DSM & Humboldt Electronics have released the DSM Humboldt Simplifier X, an analog amp simulator that boasts a range of features. It comes with a no-menu interface, zero latency, and its manufacturer claims to produce a realistic sound and feel.
The unit offers three different modes: Full Parallel, A/B Amp + Stereo Cab, and A/B Dual Mono Rig, each providing options for stereo effects, cabinet simulation, and toggling between amplifier setups.
Connectivity platform
The Simplifier X also provides a connectivity platform, including true stereo inputs, dual FX loops, and various outputs to accommodate different signal paths and setups.
The Simplifier X furthermore includes a Multi-Stage Stereo Reverb with three modes (Short, Mid, Long) and a mix control for each channel, housed in a durable anodized aluminum case with a sleek frosted black finish.
